About Bedi OralCare Limited

Quality dental care is vital for our general health, quality of life and overall wellbeing. It influences our ability to carry out simple daily activities like eat, smile and laugh with our loved ones.

At Bedi OralCare Limited we are passionate about making good oral health accessible to everyone, regardless of age, disability or illness.

So what’s our story?

As people live for longer we become more vulnerable to health problems as we age. According to the English Federation of Disability support (EFDS) almost 8 in 10 people aged 85 and over have a disability, compared to 2 in 10 of those aged 16 to 19 years old.

People with severe illness or disabilities are more likely to need support with their dental care routine. They rely on their support network of home carers, care workers and health professionals to help them receive the quality of care they need.

Young children are also particularly vulnerable to dental issues. Severe caries detracts from a child’s quality of life: they experience pain, discomfort, eating and sleep disruption plus higher risk of hospitalisation which affects their ability to learn, and lowered self esteem.

For the more vulnerable, quality compassionate dental care makes all the difference.

That’s where we come in.

Our goal is to develop simple and practical dental solutions for carers and health professionals who look after the more vulnerable. If you care for someone with Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, autism, other high support needs or look after young children, we are here to help you protect a smile for a lifetime

We’re very excited about the upcoming launch of our first product, the Bedi Shield.
